Bill Carrington – President
Mr. Carrington started his career in 1981 with Tech Aerofoam Products. His experience encompasses all aspects of the polyurethane foam fabrication industry. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Technology. Mr. Carrington attributes his success to his ability to collect and motivate the finest employees available. The merger with Allied Foam and Packaging, allowed Mr. Carrington to bring his skills to the consumer products industry, including Canine Cushion.

Hector Chicas – General Manager
Mr. Chicas started his career as a Production Manager in the high tech printed circuit board industry. His experience working in a precision based environment provided him with more than 9 years of technical training and the ability to manage a complicated production assembly process. When Mr. Chicas joined Canine Cushion he added the skills that have elevated the company to the highest level of production efficiency.

Irwin Hass – National Sales Manager
Mr. Hass has 23 years of experience in the pet products industry. His background includes all segments, from manufacturing to distribution and retail. He is responsible for a number of successful pet product introductions. Mr. Hass is a proven professional, with the knowledge to help any size customer. As National Sales Manager, he is in charge of all sales and marketing of the Canine Cushions brands.

Stewart Shepherd – Production Manager
Mr. Shepherd has over thirty years experience in the polyurethane foam industry, starting his management career in 1972. He was responsible for commissioning one of the first automatic contour cutters to be installed in the United Kingdom . During his career he has also been plant manager of a factory which poured its own foam as well as fabricating it, and was part of the team which developed the Vertifoam pouring process.
